Returns & Exchanges

Every WEAViX piece is made in small runs, so we want you to get the right fit the first time. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges, shipping and payment work.

14-day exchanges

• You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item for a different size or color.
• Size exchanges are free within 14 days.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags on.

Shipping

• Delivery takes 2–5 working days anywhere in Egypt.
• Standard shipping is LE 80, and free on orders of 3 pieces or more.

Payment

• Pay cash on delivery, or pay with InstaPay.

How to request an exchange

Message us through our Contact page or on WhatsApp with your order number and the size or color you need, and we'll arrange the exchange.
